4A. Program Timeline Acknowledgment

I acknowledge receipt of TIC's Terms of Service (published at timeshareinformationcenter.us/terms), including the following:

“Two timelines apply, and they are not the same. The 30-minute figure describes delivery of your Packet. It does not describe how long your disposition takes. Most owners complete in 5 weeks to 18 months from delivery; some resorts, and inherited or mortgaged ownerships, take longer. Completion depends on your resort's process, your ownership type, and how quickly you work the steps — none of which we control.”

4B. Complimentary 1-Year Travel Club Membership

Your program includes a complimentary one-year Travel Club membership — a separate pay-as-you-go travel benefits program. First-year membership is included at no additional cost. Enrollment is a required step to complete your program.

On the day of your event you will receive an enrollment link. You will create your own username and password and complete activation using the card authorized on this form.

Annual renewal (voluntary, Year 2 forward): The Travel Club renews annually at the then-current rate (currently $99/year, subject to change). If you elect auto-renewal below, your card on file will be charged on your renewal date. If renewal is declined or fails, your Travel Club membership will lapse.

5. Terms & Authorization

By submitting this form and completing the payment on the next page, I (the Primary Cardholder) authorize Lakeside Closing Service, LLC (d/b/a Timeshare Information Center) to charge the payment card I provide in the amount indicated above, using the CardPointe (Fiserv) payment processor. I certify that I am the authorized cardholder and that all information on this form is true and accurate.

I understand that (a) my card statement will show the descriptor LAKESIDE; (b) refunds and chargebacks are handled in accordance with my card network's rules and applicable law; and (c) I retain all consumer-protection rights available to me under the Fair Credit Billing Act, Regulation Z, and applicable state law. I consent to the handling of my payment information under the payment card industry's PCI DSS security standards.
