4A. Program Timeline Acknowledgment

I acknowledge receipt of TIC's Terms of Service (published at timeshareinformationcenter.us/terms), including the following:

“Two timelines apply, and they are not the same. The 30-minute figure describes delivery of your Packet. It does not describe how long your disposition takes. Most owners complete in 5 weeks to 18 months from delivery; some resorts, and inherited or mortgaged ownerships, take longer. Completion depends on your resort's process, your ownership type, and how quickly you work the steps — none of which we control.”

4B. Complimentary 1-Year Travel Club Membership

Your program includes a complimentary one-year Travel Club membership. First-year membership is included at no additional cost. Enrollment is voluntary, and you have up to one (1) year from the date you sign this agreement to claim it. If not claimed within one year, the complimentary membership expires and has no cash value.

Year 2 enrollment (optional): Year 2 enrollment is optional and is between you and the club, at the club’s then-current rate (currently $99/year, subject to change). TIC does not charge or manage renewals.

Any additional fees assessed by a third party are separate and optional, and are paid to that party, not to Timeshare Information Center.

5. Terms, Authorization & 3-Day Cancellation Window

By submitting this form and completing the payment on the next page, I (the Primary Cardholder) authorize Lakeside Closing Service, LLC (d/b/a Timeshare Information Center) to charge the payment method I provide (debit/credit card or bank account) in the amount indicated above, using the PayPal or Square payment processor (TIC alternates card processors by day; bank payments are processed by Square). I certify that I am the authorized cardholder and that all information on this form is true and accurate.

I understand that (a) the charge will appear on my statement as PAYPAL *LAKESIDE TIC or SQ *TIMESHARE INFORMATIO, depending on the processor used; (b) refunds and chargebacks are handled in accordance with my card network's rules and applicable law; and (c) I retain all consumer-protection rights available to me under the Fair Credit Billing Act, Regulation Z, and applicable state law. I consent to the handling of my payment information under the payment card industry's PCI DSS security standards.

3-Day Cancellation Window (Voluntary): Lakeside Closing Service, LLC honors a voluntary 3-day cancellation window on this authorization. If I elect to cancel within 3 calendar days of my signature below, LCS will process a full refund of any amount charged. Refunds are issued through the same processor (PayPal or Square) to the original payment method; how quickly the credit appears depends on my card issuer or bank — with the cardholder kept informed throughout. This voluntary policy is in addition to any rights I may have under applicable law. To cancel, contact TIC at (866) 260-7604 or email info@timeshareinformationcenter.us within the 3-day window.

Important — What Cancellation Does Not Do: Cancelling this authorization does not release me from my underlying timeshare ownership or any of its ongoing obligations. Should I decide to cancel — even within the 3-day window — I remain fully financially responsible for any past, present, and future financial obligations to my resort, including maintenance fees, special assessments, and any other charges, as set forth in my Resort's original Declaration of Covenants and enforceable as recorded. TIC/LCS's service is limited to disposition information, resources, and coaching — we do not, and cannot, cause the cancellation of my timeshare ownership itself.
